AWAY SUPPORTERS GUIDE

NWSL Away Supporters Guide

Where visiting fans sit at every NWSL stadium

NWSL away travel has become one of the most rewarding experiences in North American soccer. The league has grown from scrappy shared venues to dedicated stadiums purpose-built for women's professional soccer — including Kansas City Current's CPKC Stadium, the world's first stadium built specifically for a women's professional sports team. Many clubs share grounds with their MLS counterparts, and the away section is typically the same end used by visiting MLS supporters. Crowds are smaller than MLS, which often means closer access, cheaper tickets, and a more intimate atmosphere. The cards below map the away fan section at every NWSL club.

Away section locations can vary by match. NWSL clubs that share venues with MLS teams may use different seating configurations — confirm with the host club before attending.

Angel City FC
BMO Stadium Los Angeles, CA
Southeast corner (Sections 109–111), same as LAFC MLS allocation
Est. ~500–800 capacity

Angel City shares BMO Stadium with LAFC. Away section in the southeast corner. Limited allocation — ACFC games draw strong crowds. Metro A Line (Blue) to Pico. The club's celebrity-backed ownership and social-justice mission have made it one of NWSL's fastest-growing brands. Great atmosphere for women's soccer in LA.

Bay FC
PayPal Park San Jose, CA
South end (Sections 117–119), shared with San Jose Earthquakes layout
Est. ~500–800 capacity

Bay FC shares PayPal Park with the San Jose Earthquakes. Away section in the south end. VTA light rail accessible.
