Welcome to TripBalls. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TripBalls ("the Site", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TripBalls. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms.

3. How the Service Works

TripBalls does not require an account. The teams you follow, your home airport, party size and saved games are stored in your browser and are sent to our servers only as the parameters of the request they describe — for example, your home airport when a game's booking panel asks for a flight price. Our Privacy Policy lists everything we store.

4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

TripBalls is a travel discovery and planning tool. When you click a booking link for tickets, parking passes, flights, hotels, parking or rental cars, you are directed to a third-party provider: Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster or SeatGeek for tickets and parking passes, KAYAK for flights, hotels and rental cars, Expedia for hotels where KAYAK has none, and SpotHero for parking where no pass is sold. Ticket and hotel links are affiliate links, most of them through the Impact network.

TripBalls earns a commission when you complete a purchase through these links — this does not change the price you pay. Our link to SpotHero carries no commission.
All purchases are made directly with the third-party provider. TripBalls is not a party to those transactions.
Prices shown on TripBalls — ticket, hotel and flight figures and any trip estimate built from them — are snapshots from our partners, shown as "from" prices and refreshed periodically. The price you pay is the one on the partner's site at checkout, which may differ. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, availability, or any information provided by third-party booking sites.
Third-party sites have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern your use of those services.

5. Email Communications

By submitting your email address on one of our forms, you may receive:

Game-week emails — for an NFL or college football team you signed up for, a short email about an upcoming away game roughly 60, 30 and 10 days before it, with booking links for that game. These are the emails you asked for, not marketing.
Schedule and trip emails — a one-time email when the schedule you asked about is published, or a trip email for a game you were looking at when you signed up.
Game reminders — a transactional email about a specific game you asked to be reminded of.
Marketing emails — only if you explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link and a link to change your home airport. Links in our emails are tracked so we can tell which emails are useful; the Privacy Policy describes what is recorded. We send email through Resend, a third-party email provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Abuse rate limits or features
Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TripBalls — including stadium guides, city guides, editorial content, and design — is owned by or licensed to TripBalls. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute this content without written permission.

Team names and trademarks belong to their respective leagues and organizations; TripBalls shows team names and colours only, never league or team logos. TripBalls is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league or team.

8. Disclaimers

TripBalls is an independent travel planning tool, not a licensed travel agency. We provide links and information to help you plan trips — we do not sell tickets, flights, hotels, or other travel products directly.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information. Game schedules, ticket prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripBalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any third-party transactions you enter into through affiliate links.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
